My page
This is your page inside the directory, with its own web address. Somebody looking for a cleaner right now reads it and does not know you exist yet: the more you tell them here, the more searches you show up in.
Your page
What it needs before it can go out
That is all. With those, it can go into the directory.
You pay on Stripe’s own page. Your card never touches this site.
Master key
Open any business page to fix something on it, in one click. You are still you: changes are recorded under your name, and their public page shows none of this.
Add a client
Their page starts as a draft with a year of access paid. You fill it in with the master key and publish it when it is ready. Nobody sees it until then.
Only with their permission: their phone number becomes public.
Moderate reviews
We only take down what insults somebody, shows another person’s details, or is not about the work. Never for being bad: that is promised in the terms.
The rule, before taking anything down
It comes down if: it insults a person · it shows somebody’s name, address or phone · it is not about the work (spam, a link, another business) · or it is demonstrably false, with something you can check.
It does NOT come down for being bad, unfair, exaggerated, or because the business keeps asking. That is promised in /terms and prohibited by the FTC rule. When in doubt, it stays up and the business replies underneath.
Why it pays to fill this in properly
Somebody searching your city does not know you at all: all they read is what you wrote here. If you answered, they have something to decide with. If you did not, they !!walk away!! and they do not tell you. That phone does not ring, and you never find out it almost did.
**What you charge**. Whether you work Saturdays. Whether you are fine with pets. Whether you take Zelle. Every blank is a doubt your page leaves unanswered — and it is somebody who was already looking at your name who is left with it.
This is not a game and it is not a form to get through. It is your business written where people look for it, and you only do it once.
The basics. Not filled in
Fill this whole section in before you scroll down, leaving nothing blank. And check your phone number digit by digit: one number too many or too few and it never rings, and you never even know they called.

What you do. what convinces most. None ticked yet
Tick everything you actually do. Each box is one more page you can show up on.

Where you work. what convinces most. No areas written
List every area you reach, one per line. Each one goes into the text of your page, so somebody searching their own neighbourhood can find you.
This gets you found inYour page naming your neighbourhood, not just your city
Your prices. what convinces most. No price
This is not the final price, it is where you start. Showing a price means the people who call already know what it costs, not window shoppers.
Just the number: 130. It publishes as "From $130".
Tap yours and put the number in
We write it in English for you, spelled right. You do not need English for this.
This is what shows on your page
- You have not added any yet. Tap one from above.
They all show highlighted at the top of your page, next to your price.
Do you offer a discount that is not on the list above?
If the ones above are enough, you do not need to write anything here. And what you write has to be a discount, not something else.
Write it in English
It publishes exactly as written, and your American customer reads English. If you write it in Spanish they will not understand it and will not call you — that offer does you no good. Is English hard for you? Have your son or your grandson write this one line; it takes a minute.

Price calculator. Optional
If you set your rates, your page shows a price table and a calculator where the customer puts in their home and sees what it would cost. It is the one question the competition does not answer: Thumbtack, Angi and Yelp all send you off to ask for a quote.
It is optional. If you would rather quote after seeing the home, leave it off and your page shows none of this — not even an empty space.
One bedroom, one bathroom, standard clean. It is the only required number.
Jobs that cost more
Pick your two most expensive jobs, from the ones you already ticked in "What you do". These become the columns of your price table.
Tick what you do first, up in "What you do". Only your own jobs show here.
As a percentage over your normal price. If a deep clean costs half again as much, put 50.
Discount for repeat customers
A regular customer is worth more than a one-off. If you do not want to give a discount, put 0.
What your customer sees
Set your smallest job and the prices that would be published will show here.

Your photos. what convinces most. None yet — this is what you are missing most
Up to 12 photos, in three steps.
- Tap one of the squares below.
- Pick the photo from your phone.
- Write what it shows.
The photo shrinks itself on your phone before it uploads: it does not eat your data and it is not slow.
What you can upload
- 0 of 12 photos
- 45 seconds of video not yet
If you do not choose, the first one you upload is the cover.
Every photo shows up here the moment you save it. On your public page it takes about a minute: nothing is broken, that is your page being built again with your photo in it. If you do not see it there yet, do not upload it again — you would use up one of your 12 slots.
Photos you removed
They stay here for 30 days in case you did not mean it. Nobody else sees them, and they do not use up any of your 12 slots.
Write what each photo shows. A photo with no description does not appear in image search, and that is where a lot of people who only look at photos are lost.

How you work. Not filled in
Tick everything in this section, box by box, to the very end. Every one you leave blank is somebody who wanted exactly that — Saturdays, Zelle, dogs — and never finds you.
Just the number. If it has not been long, leave it empty: better to say nothing than to say little.
This gets you found inSearches for "pet friendly", "open Saturdays" and payment methods
What you promise if something goes wrong. No guarantee chosen
Everyone thinks "what if it is done badly?" before calling. Answering it up front takes the fear away.
What it is forIt is what convinces people right before they call
Your reviews. what convinces most. You have not asked for any yet
The customer who was happy tells you at the door, and that is where it stays. Not here: when you finish a job you send them a link, they answer three questions in a minute, and what they answer stays on your page for the next person who reads it.
Each link works ONCE. You send it to a customer, they answer, and it is no good to anybody else. You can have up to 20 unanswered at a time.
Ask the same day you finish, while the house still smells clean. By tomorrow nobody remembers.
Read this before you send the first one: a bad review CANNOT be taken down for being bad. Not by you and not by us. All you can do is reply to it — and a calm reply convinces people more than the complaint does. That is how it works everywhere, and it is exactly what makes the good ones worth something.
The only ones we do take down: those that insult somebody, publish someone else’s private details, or are not about the work. When that happens you will see it here, with the reason written out.
Done. Send this to your customer:
Once you send it there is no cancelling it, and that is on purpose: being able to pull the link when you sense the review is going to be bad would mean choosing who you ask, and that is what the US review rules call gating.
Waiting for an answer
What they answered
This opens your phone or computer print window. Pick "Save as PDF" there and it is yours, for good, without depending on us.
What it is forWhat decides it for somebody still unsure about calling you
Your social and review profiles. None connected
Open your Facebook and your Instagram, copy the address from the bar at the top and paste it here. It is what makes everything you have spent years posting count on your page too.
Your own channels lead only to you, so they go front and centre.
Yelp, Thumbtack or Angi profiles show your rating, which is what convinces — but we keep that link discreet, because that click takes your customer off your page, onto a page that is not yours.
What it is forGoogle understands you are the same business everywhere
Questions you always get asked. Written for you
You do not write anything here. Your page answers these on its own, in English, using what you filled in above. The greyed-out ones are the questions it cannot answer yet.

What it is forEach question is a search you can show up for
Your registered name (optional). No documents — we do not ask for any
We ask for no paperwork, and we no longer accept any. If you write the EXACT name your business is registered under in your state, your page shows a link to the public register so the customer can check it themselves. We do not check it — that is precisely why it works.
Copy it exactly as it appears on your paperwork, with LLC, INC or whatever it carries. If it does not match, the state search will not find it, which looks worse than leaving it empty. Leave it blank if you do not have it to hand.
What it is forA link to your state register, on your page
Say it in your own words. Nothing written
It is the only place on your page where you do the talking. Whoever reads it has already seen your photos and your price, and this is where they decide whether to call. Leave it blank and that call never comes in, and you never find out. The first two lines are the ones Google shows under your name: start with who you are and what you do.
What to talk about — do not repeat what you already filled in above
- Who you are and how many years you have been cleaning.
- Why you started doing this. If you have a family, if you are a mother, if this is what puts food on your table.
- How you treat a home when you walk in. What you do without anybody asking you to.
- What kind of homes suit you best: with kids, with dogs, older people, apartments, Airbnb.
- Something that happened that you are proud of. A customer who has stayed with you for years.
- And ask for it: say you want the chance to do the work for them.
You do not have to type: tap the microphone on your keyboard and talk, like you were telling it to a customer sitting in your kitchen. It comes out better spoken than written.
This is not published: it is where the English below comes from, and that one is the one that goes out.
You do not have to write anything in English. Tap the button and it shows up below, ready. That is all there is to it.
It is what your customer reads. Leave it empty and your page goes out without your voice.
What it is forIt is the text Google shows under your page name
Write it in English — that is who reads it. Three different ways, all of them fine: "Kitchen after a deep clean in Dallas", "Living room carpet, before and after", "Washing windows at an office in Houston". With no description, the photo does not show up in Google image search.
