30 dollars a month, and nothing else: no sign-up fee and no charge for closing your page. Filling your page in and looking at it costs nothing — the 30 a month starts the day you decide to publish it. And that price stays yours for as long as you stay a member, even if it goes up later for people who join after you.

By card, debit or credit, on Stripe’s own page: your card never touches this site and we never see it. There is no cash or Zelle option. And no commitment: cancel any month you want, yourself, from the page where your card lives, without asking anyone for permission.

Yes, and that is what the pause button is for. Your page stays up with your photos, your prices and your hours, and everything people use to reach you is hidden: your phone, your WhatsApp, your email, your website and your social profiles. Nobody gets in touch until you come back. You do not have to stop the charge yourself: we ask Stripe to stop it the moment you pause, and you keep the month you already paid for. You come back with another button, any day you want, and it beats closing your page because this way you keep the spot your page earned on Google.

Nothing, for the rest of the month you already paid for. The card is retried on its own for almost two weeks and you get an email with how to change it. If the month runs out and the payment still has not gone through, your page stays on the internet with everything of yours and only the ways to reach you are hidden. The moment the payment goes through they come back on their own, and you do not have to do a thing. Nothing is ever deleted, your web address included.

Nothing gets deleted: your photos, your prices, your hours and your web address stay saved, and if you come back, you come back to the same place. Your page does come off the internet. And you do not have to stop the charge yourself: we ask Stripe to stop it the moment you close your page. When you return, Google takes weeks to put you back where you were, so if what you need is a break, pause instead.

Give it half an hour, once. And do it sitting down, with time. Filling it in between one house and the next is how you end up with a price that is not really yours, or leaving blank the exact thing somebody was going to ask about. There is no save button — it saves itself while you type, so you can leave and come back as often as you like.

Yes, and it was built that way from the start. Everything works on the phone, photos and video included: you upload them straight from your gallery, without moving them to a computer or asking anybody for help.

Yes, and there is nothing to download from any store. Open your page on the phone. On an iPhone, tap the share button and then "Add to Home Screen". On Android, the three-dot menu and then "Add to Home screen". You get its icon next to the rest, and tapping it opens full screen, with no address bar and nothing to type.

Nothing is lost: your page waits exactly as you left it, and when you come back it tells you what is missing. One thing though: half done is not online yet. The step that puts it where people are searching is publishing it, and that step is yours.

Five things, and you know all of them by heart: your price, your days and hours, the towns you travel to, how people pay you — cash, Zelle, card — and a few photos of jobs that came out well. With that you can fill in most of your page in one sitting.

It builds itself and within a few minutes it is on the internet with an address of its own. That address is yours and never changes, not even if you change your business name. You get an email with it so you can send it on WhatsApp to the customers you already have. From that day you also appear on your city page, on the pages for the towns you drive to, and on the page for each service you offer. And you download your printable QR code from your panel.

How it works, step by step

Yes, as many times as you want. Activating your membership is not the last word: you go back to your panel and change whatever you like, whenever you like, for the same fee as always. Change your price in the busy season, add yesterday’s photo, add a new town when you start going there. Every thing you add gives Google one more reason to show you.

They write to you directly. Your page has a button that sends you a message already started, plus WhatsApp and email if you add them. That message reaches you, not us: nobody stands in between, and we keep not one dollar of what you are paid. You read it when you walk out of the house, in your own time.

A card, not a bare link: your city, your company name and your price, if you put one in. Same if you paste it on Facebook or in a text. You do nothing to make it look like that, and the day you change your price the card changes with it.

In your panel, under “My results”, you see how many people opened your page and how many got in touch in the last thirty days, and which button they used. It is a count and nothing more: we do not see who they are or what they write to you. That happens in your own WhatsApp or email, and it never passes through us.

Your page is on the internet within minutes of publishing, and that part is on us. Google taking your page seriously takes time, and nobody controls that — not us and not any platform that tells you otherwise. What is in your hands is feeding it: a page with photos, a price, your hours, your towns and your own words is understood sooner than a half-empty one.

Write in Spanish. The panel has a button that turns what you wrote into English, and your page goes out in English, which is where your customer is looking. You read it before you publish and change anything that does not sound like you.

Yes, and it is one of the parts that pays off most. You list the towns you actually travel to, and your page appears in each one of them, not only in the city where you live. Somebody searching from the next town over finds you just the same.

Put the lowest you charge for a normal visit, not what you wish you charged. On this directory, the ones who already published theirs run from $110 to $150 a visit. And yes, you want it showing: whoever writes to you already knows what it costs, so you save half the back and forth and you stop negotiating with people who were never going to pay it. If you would rather leave it blank, your page still goes up.

What to charge for cleaning a house

No. Your city shows, and the towns you travel to show, because that is exactly what somebody needs in order to know whether you reach them. Your house or apartment number is not published anywhere.

Up to 12, and any photo from your phone works, however you took it. What works best is before and after: it is the only thing that really shows how you work. You pick one as the cover, and that is the one that appears next to your name in the list.

You get it back. Anything you remove goes to a bin and stays there 30 days, so you have a whole month to put it back from your panel with one tap. After that it really is deleted.

Your work, and nothing else. You do not have to talk and you do not have to be on camera: a kitchen coming clean, a floor shining, the finished house. Up to 45 seconds in total, split however you want — one of 45, two of 20, or three of 15. Filmed on your phone, however it came out.

When you finish a house, you send a link from your panel in one tap. Your customer opens it, answers three yes-or-no questions and writes whatever she wants — no account, nothing to sign up for, which is why she actually answers. That link works once, and it is generated the same way for everybody: you cannot send it only to the happy ones.

What your customer wrote stays the way she wrote it, and that is exactly what makes it worth something to whoever reads it. What you can do is reply underneath, and everyone who visits sees that reply — a calm reply to a complaint convinces more than the complaint did. We only take one down for insults, for showing somebody's personal details, or when it does not talk about the work at all. Never for being bad.

No. Write however feels natural to you, in Spanish. In every box where you say something in your own words there is a button that says “Put it into English for me”: you tap it and the English appears next to it, ready. You never write a word of English. Just remember to tap it before you publish, because what shows on your page is the English box. The rest — your services, your price, your hours — already comes out in English on its own.

No. We ask for no requirements: no insurance, no license, no years in business. If you write the exact name your business is registered under, and we have your state’s public register on file, your page links to it. The customer checks it himself, without asking you for anything. We do not have every state yet; if yours is missing, your page goes up just the same, with no link and no notice.

What we check and what we do not

Yes, to the email you sign in to your panel with. We write when your first payment comes in, when a payment does not go through, when your card is about to expire, when you pause or cancel, when your page goes live, and when a customer writes about your work. The monthly receipt comes from Stripe, who takes the payment. And we will never ask you for your card number by email or text: if something like that arrives, it is not from us.

Yes, and it happens a lot: a son, a niece, somebody you trust who types faster. The account is yours and the email is yours; whoever helps sits with you and writes. The only things worth deciding yourself are the price and the towns you travel to, because they are yours and nobody knows them better.
