North of Cincinnati, until eight at night
If you work all day, somebody who only comes at eleven in the morning is no use to you. We are out until eight at night, so we can come when you are actually home.
Trusted Home Cleaning covers Cincinnati. Homes, apartments and Airbnbs, and offices, stores and dealerships. Regular and deep cleaning, the kitchen on its own, carpets and upholstery, and sanitizing.
Somebody has a date they cannot move
Most of these calls start the same way: a closing on Friday, a checkout at eleven.

Guests landing Thursday night and the spare room has been a storage room since March. A contractor finally finished in the kitchen, and the drywall dust is on top of the cabinets, inside the drawers, on the blinds, on the light bulbs. A rental where somebody leaves at eleven and somebody else has the code for four in the afternoon.
A move out is not a regular clean, and we treat it differently. Nothing is in the way for once, so it is the only day anybody gets to clean the inside of the empty closets, the wall behind where the fridge sat, and the track of the sliding door where the grit collects.
The morning after a party is usually a Monday, and Monday at eight in the morning is where our week starts. Couches and rugs are their own job. A room full of people leaves more in the cushions than what you can see on top of them, and running the vacuum over it afterward does not reach that.
If you already have the date, put it in the first message. We work backward from the date, not from the room count.
The first three feet inside your door
Almost everything that dirties a house in Ohio walks in, and it lands in the first three feet.
From November through March that is road salt. It comes off boots in a white ring, you wipe it Tuesday and it is back Wednesday, and if it sits it takes the shine off hardwood and works down into a light carpet where a vacuum will not bring it up. On mornings in the twenties you can watch it happen. That is why a winter clean starts at the door and moves inward instead of the other way around.
In spring it is pollen, and it does not stop at the mat. It settles on the sills, on the porch rail, and inside the window tracks, so every time you crack a window it comes back into the room. Those tracks are the part that gets skipped, and they are the part that holds it.
Summer here goes heavy and humid for weeks at a time, high eighties and thick, and it always turns up in the same few places: the rubber seal around the fridge door, the bottom track of the shower door, the caulk line behind the faucet, the basement steps that nobody walks slowly enough to look at. None of it looks dirty from three feet away. You only find it if you already know where it hides.
Kitchens we will do on their own if that is all you want. The hood filter, the top of the cabinets, and the narrow side of the stove where the grease runs down and dries in the spot the drawer keeps you from seeing.
Up 75 to Middletown, over to Kenwood
Most of our week runs along 75. Sharonville, West Chester, Liberty, and as far up as Middletown.
Mason and Tylersville are regular stops. So is Union Center, with the office buildings sitting right off the exit, and the Montgomery Road side toward Kenwood, and Camp Road.
An hour of driving is the line we hold, so if you are a little off that list, ask before you count us out. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, and either way we will tell you in the first message.
It is not only houses out there. Offices, stores and car lots on those same roads are on the list, and a showroom is a different animal: glass on both sides of every pane, floors that people stand and look at while they wait, and a customer restroom that gets judged harder than anything else in the building.
Call us in Spanish if that is easier
English and Spanish, and it makes no difference to us which one you use.
That matters more than it sounds. People who are particular about their house usually have very particular things to say, and those are exactly the things that get dropped when a sentence has to be made simpler. The dining table that never gets anything wet on it. The rug that goes out to be cleaned and never gets vacuumed. The bathroom the kids use, which is the one that actually needs the extra time.
Send it however it comes out. A list, a voice note, four lines typed at eleven at night. If your notes are in Spanish, leave them in Spanish, and if the person with the key speaks one language and the person paying speaks the other, that is fine here too. Nothing has to pass through somebody in the middle to get to us.
Three things and we can answer you
Your town, what the place is, and when you want it done. With those three we can give you a real answer instead of a maybe.
The town, because the drive sets the time. What the place is: a house, an apartment, a rental between guests, an office, a store, a showroom. And when: one time, every week, every two weeks, or once a month. All four are normal for us.
Two more things that save you a message. The dog can stay, so just tell us his name and whether he minds the vacuum. And it is cash or Zelle, whichever is easier for you.
After that the hours are the simple part. Monday through Friday, eight in the morning to eight at night. If you cannot be at the house before six, say six.
What people ask us
Can you come after I get home from work?
Yes. We work Monday through Friday, from eight in the morning to eight at night, so an evening visit is a normal slot and not a favor. Tell us the earliest hour you can be home and we will work from there.
How far out of Cincinnati do you go?
Sharonville, Mason, West Chester, Liberty, Middletown, Kenwood, Tylersville, Union Center, and around Montgomery Road and Camp Road. About an hour of driving is our limit, so if you are just outside that list, ask.
Is this only houses, or do you clean businesses too?
Both. Houses, apartments and short term rentals, and also offices, stores and dealerships. Regular cleaning or deep cleaning, the kitchen on its own, carpet and upholstery, and sanitizing.
Do I have to sign up for something regular?
No. One time is fine. Weekly, every two weeks and monthly are also fine, whichever fits your house. Payment is cash or Zelle.
Send us your town and the date, and we will tell you right away whether we can be there.
