What this site is

Cleaning Profiles is a directory of cleaners and cleaning companies in the United States. Anyone in the trade can be listed. We are not a cleaning company, an employment agency, a staffing service, or a booking platform, and we do not verify, authenticate or vouch for any document, license or insurance policy.

We are not part of the job

When you hire a company from this directory, the agreement is between you and that company. We do not set the price, supervise the work, handle the payment, or take a commission. We are not liable for the work performed, damage to property, or anything that happens on site.

Open to anyone who cleans · Abierto a cualquiera que limpie

This directory is open to any cleaner or cleaning company working in the United States, whatever language they work in, wherever they or their family are from. Much of our written material is in Spanish because most of the cleaners we serve are Spanish-speaking business owners, but that is who we happen to reach, not a condition of entry. Every page for cleaners is available in English as well, and the directory itself is entirely in English.

Buena parte de nuestro material está en español porque la mayoría de los limpiadores a los que llegamos son dueños de negocio hispanohablantes, pero eso es a quién alcanzamos, no una condición para entrar. Todas las páginas para limpiadores existen también en inglés, y el directorio en sí está entero en inglés.

Any cleaning company can be listed here. We do not require insurance, a license, a minimum time in business, or any other qualification. We are a directory whose purpose is to put cleaning companies in front of people looking for cleaning. We do not decide who is allowed to work.

We check nothing · No comprobamos nada

We do not verify anyone. We do not ask for documents, and we do not accept them if they are sent. We have no way of authenticating an insurance policy or a license, so we do not claim to.

What a company can do is state the exact name it is registered under. Its profile then links to the free public business register of that state so you can look it up yourself. That name is what the company told us; we did not check it. A register shows you that a business exists and whether it is in good standing. It does not tell you whether the company is insured today, so ask them for proof of insurance before work starts.

A profile with no link is not a warning. Often it just means the company has not given us a registered name, or that we do not yet have the register for that state.

No verificamos a nadie. No pedimos documentos y no los aceptamos si nos los mandan. No podemos autenticar una póliza ni una licencia, así que no decimos que lo hagamos.

Lo que sí puede hacer una compañía es decir el nombre exacto con el que está inscrita. Entonces su perfil enlaza al registro público y gratuito de ese estado para que lo compruebe quien va a contratar. Ese nombre lo dijo la compañía; nosotros no lo comprobamos. Un registro enseña que el negocio existe y si está al corriente. No dice si hoy tiene seguro: eso hay que preguntárselo antes de empezar.

Un perfil sin enlace no es un aviso. Muchas veces solo significa que la compañía no nos ha dado su nombre registrado, o que todavía no tenemos el registro de ese estado.

This platform is new and growing. Some listings are still examples while we fill each city, and new companies are added as they join. We would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

Your account · Tu cuenta

One account per business. Keep your password to yourself — we cannot read it, not even to help you, which is why the only way back in is a reset link. What you publish must be true and yours: your own company name, your own photos, your own service areas. We can take a profile down without a refund if a company presents itself as something it is not, if the registered name it gave us turns out not to be its own, or if there is a pattern of serious complaints.

Podemos quitar un perfil sin devolución si una compañía se presenta como algo que no es, si el nombre registrado que nos dio no es el suyo, o si hay un patrón de quejas graves.

When we go into your account · Cuando entramos en tu cuenta

If you ask us for help, we can open your page and fix it while we talk. We do not sign in as you — we stay ourselves, which is why every change is recorded under our name, with the date and which page it was, and a note when we write one. While it is open there is a bar across the top of the panel saying whose page it is. That record is one we cannot edit or delete.

Si nos pides ayuda, podemos abrir tu página y arreglarla mientras hablamos. No entramos como tú: seguimos siendo nosotros, y por eso cada cambio queda registrado a nuestro nombre, con la fecha y la página en la que fue, y una nota cuando la escribimos. Mientras está abierta, arriba del panel sale una barra que dice de quién es la página. Ese registro no lo podemos ni cambiar ni borrar.

Membership, renewal and cancelling · Membresía, renovación y cancelar

• The membership is monthly and renews by itself on the same day each month until you cancel it. The amount and the date are the ones shown when you sign up.
• Your price does not go up. If you join now we keep this price for as long as you stay a member, even if it rises for people who join later.
• You can cancel whenever you want, without calling anyone and without having to give a reason. Your profile stays up until the end of the month you already paid for.
• Cancelling does not refund the month in progress. If a payment fails or the membership lapses, the profile comes off the directory —your web address and everything you wrote are kept, so if you come back, you come back to the same place.
• The SEO article is paid once. If you take the plan that includes it, your first invoice carries a one-time $30 charge for the article on top of the month. It is never charged again, and the monthly membership stays the same. Cancelling later does not refund it, and the article stays yours and stays published.

• La membresía es mensual y se renueva sola el mismo día de cada mes hasta que la canceles. El importe y la fecha son los que se te enseñan al darte de alta.
• Tu precio no sube. Si entras ahora te respetamos este precio mientras sigas siendo miembro, aunque después suba para quien entre más tarde.
• Puedes cancelar cuando quieras, sin llamar a nadie y sin tener que dar explicaciones. Tu perfil se queda hasta que termine el mes que ya pagaste.
• Cancelar no devuelve el mes en curso. Si un cobro falla o la membresía caduca, el perfil sale del directorio — tu dirección web y todo lo que escribiste se conservan, así que si vuelves, vuelves al mismo sitio.
• El artículo se paga una sola vez. Si eliges el plan que lo incluye, tu primera factura lleva $30 por el artículo además del mes. No se vuelve a cobrar nunca y la cuota mensual no cambia. Si cancelas después no se devuelve, y el artículo se queda tuyo y se queda publicado.

People who recommend us · Quien nos recomienda

A small number of people have an invitation link and we pay them once, per business they bring. If you arrived through one of those links, it costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as it is for everyone else, and being recommended does not change how your profile ranks or how it is treated in any way. The person who invited you sees your business name, your city and the date. They do not see your phone number or your email.

Unas pocas personas tienen un enlace de invitación y les pagamos una sola vez por cada negocio que traen. Si llegaste por uno de esos enlaces, a ti no te cuesta nada más: el precio es el mismo que para cualquiera, y venir recomendado no cambia el orden en que sale tu perfil ni nada de cómo se trata. Quien te invitó ve el nombre de tu negocio, tu ciudad y la fecha. No ve tu teléfono ni tu correo.

Sample listings

While the directory fills up, some listings are samples that show what a finished profile looks like. They are labeled as samples and their telephone numbers are in the 555 range reserved for fictional use. They are not real companies and cannot be hired.

Reviews · Reseñas

We still publish no rating of our own. There is no score here, no stars, and nothing anybody can buy. What a listing can show is a count of what that company’s own customers answered — three yes-or-no questions — and whatever they chose to write.

Only somebody the company invited can write one. After a job, the company sends a link that works exactly once. There is no open review box on this site: an open box is a door for a competitor, and for anyone who fancies extorting a cleaner.

We do not verify that the job happened. All we know is that the company sent the link. We say so on the listing itself, next to the reviews, and we would rather say it than let a reader assume something we cannot back up. It is the same reason we stopped issuing a verified badge in August 2026.

A review is never removed for being bad. Not on request, not for a fee, and not quietly. A listed company cannot delete one, cannot edit one, and cannot ask us to. And no screen on this site can do it either — not theirs and not ours. That is a rule written into the database, not just into this paragraph. What the company can do is reply underneath, in its own words, and you get to read both.

The only reviews we take down are the ones that insult somebody, publish a stranger’s private details, or are not about the work. When we do, we record who did it and why, and the review is hidden rather than destroyed. And the person who wrote a review can always ask us to delete their own — those are their words. A company asking on their behalf is a different thing and we do not act on it.

If a company stops paying, its reviews stop showing. They are not deleted and they are not lost. The page comes back, and they come back with it, exactly as they were.

Una reseña mala no se quita nunca por ser mala. Ni el negocio ni nosotros podemos borrarla desde ninguna pantalla de este sitio, y no es una promesa de palabra: es una regla escrita en la base de datos. Lo que el negocio sí puede hacer es responder debajo, con sus palabras, y quien lee ve las dos cosas. Solo retiramos lo que insulta, lo que publica datos privados de un tercero o lo que no habla del trabajo, y queda apuntado quién lo retiró y por qué.

Solo escribe quien el negocio invita, con un enlace que sirve una vez. Y no comprobamos que quien escribe fuera cliente: lo decimos en la propia página, al lado de las reseñas. Si un negocio deja de pagar, sus reseñas dejan de verse con su página — no se borran, y vuelven enteras cuando vuelve él.
