What this site is

Cleaning Profiles is a directory of cleaners and cleaning companies in the United States. Anyone in the trade can be listed. We are not a cleaning company, an employment agency, a staffing service, or a booking platform, and we do not verify, authenticate or vouch for any document, license or insurance policy.

We are not part of the job

When you hire a company from this directory, the agreement is between you and that company. We do not set the price, supervise the work, handle the payment, or take a commission. We are not liable for the work performed, damage to property, or anything that happens on site.

Open to anyone who cleans · Abierto a cualquiera que limpie

This directory is open to any cleaner or cleaning company working in the United States, whatever language they work in, wherever they or their family are from. Much of our written material is in Spanish because most of the cleaners we serve are Spanish-speaking business owners, but that is who we happen to reach, not a condition of entry. Every page for cleaners is available in English as well, and the directory itself is entirely in English.

Buena parte de nuestro material está en español porque la mayoría de los limpiadores a los que llegamos son dueños de negocio hispanohablantes, pero eso es a quién alcanzamos, no una condición para entrar. Todas las páginas para limpiadores existen también en inglés, y el directorio en sí está entero en inglés.

No requirements to be listed · Sin requisitos para aparecer

Any cleaning company can be listed here. We do not require insurance, a license, a minimum time in business, or any other qualification. We are a directory whose purpose is to put cleaning companies in front of people looking for cleaning. We do not decide who is allowed to work.

We check nothing · No comprobamos nada

We do not verify anyone. We do not ask for documents, and we do not accept them if they are sent. We have no way of authenticating an insurance policy or a license, so we do not claim to.

What a company can do is state the exact name it is registered under. Its profile then links to the free public business register of that state so you can look it up yourself. That name is what the company told us; we did not check it. A register shows you that a business exists and whether it is in good standing. It does not tell you whether the company is insured today: insurance is something you agree with them directly.

A profile with no link is not a warning. Many people who clean houses work for themselves and never registered a company, so there is nothing to look up.

No verificamos a nadie. No pedimos documentos y no los aceptamos si nos los mandan. No podemos autenticar una póliza ni una licencia, así que no decimos que lo hagamos.

Lo que sí puede hacer una compañía es decir el nombre exacto con el que está inscrita. Entonces su perfil enlaza al registro público y gratuito de ese estado para que lo compruebe quien va a contratar. Ese nombre lo dijo la compañía; nosotros no lo comprobamos. Un registro enseña que el negocio existe y si está al corriente. No dice si hoy tiene seguro: el seguro se acuerda directamente con la compañía.

Un perfil sin enlace no es un aviso. Mucha gente que limpia casas trabaja por su cuenta y nunca registró una compañía, así que no hay nada que consultar.

Your account · Tu cuenta

One account per business. Keep your password to yourself — we cannot read it, not even to help you, which is why the only way back in is a reset link. What you publish must be true and yours: your own company name, your own photos, your own service areas. We can take a profile down without a refund if a company presents itself as something it is not, if the registered name it gave us turns out not to be its own, or if there is a pattern of serious complaints.

Tu contraseña es tuya y no la compartas — nosotros no podemos leerla, ni siquiera para ayudarte, y por eso la única forma de volver a entrar es un enlace para ponerla de nuevo. Lo que publiques tiene que ser cierto y tuyo: el nombre de tu negocio, tus fotos, tus zonas de trabajo. Podemos quitar un perfil sin devolución si una compañía se presenta como algo que no es, si el nombre registrado que nos dio no es el suyo, o si hay un patrón de quejas graves.

When we go into your account · Cuando entramos en tu cuenta

If you ask us for help, we can open your page and fix it while we talk. We do not sign in as you — we stay ourselves, which is why every change is recorded under our name, with the date and which page it was, and a note when we write one. While it is open there is a bar across the top of the panel saying whose page it is. That record is one we cannot edit or delete.

Si nos pides ayuda, podemos abrir tu página y arreglarla mientras hablamos. No entramos como tú: seguimos siendo nosotros, y por eso cada cambio queda registrado a nuestro nombre, con la fecha y la página en la que fue, y una nota cuando la escribimos. Mientras está abierta, arriba del panel sale una barra que dice de quién es la página. Ese registro no lo podemos ni cambiar ni borrar.

Membership, renewal and cancelling · Membresía, renovación y cancelar

• The membership is monthly and renews by itself on the same day each month until you cancel it. The amount and the date are the ones shown when you sign up.
• Your price does not go up. If you join now we keep this price for as long as you stay a member, even if it rises for people who join later.
• New features come with your membership. What we add to the platform is included in the same monthly price: we do not charge for it separately.
• You can cancel whenever you want, yourself, from your own panel, and with no penalty: the button stops the charge for you. Your billing page is still there if you would rather do it yourself.
• Cancelling does not refund the month in progress. If a payment fails, your profile stays up with everything you wrote and your ways of being contacted are hidden until the payment goes through, and then they come back on their own. If you ask to close your page, it comes off the internet. Nothing is deleted either way: your web address and everything you wrote are kept, so if you come back, you come back to the same place.
• You can pause instead of closing. Pausing stops the charge and keeps your page on the internet with your photos, your prices and your address — the only thing hidden is how to reach you, so nobody gets in touch until you come back. You bring it back from your own panel, whenever you want. If you pay by card, we ask Stripe to stop the charge the moment you pause, and you keep the month you already paid for.
• If you were invited, your first month is free. Some businesses come in with a 30-day courtesy. It starts the day you publish your page, not the day you sign up, and nothing is charged during it. When it ends your profile comes off the directory unless you start a membership — everything you wrote is kept, and so is your web address.

• La membresía es mensual y se renueva sola el mismo día de cada mes hasta que la canceles. El importe y la fecha son los que se te enseñan al darte de alta.
• Tu precio no sube. Si entras ahora te respetamos este precio mientras sigas siendo miembro, aunque después suba para quien entre más tarde.
• Lo nuevo entra en tu membresía. Las funciones que añadamos a la plataforma van incluidas en el mismo precio mensual: no se cobran aparte.
• Puedes cancelar cuando quieras, tú misma desde tu propio panel y sin penalización: el botón para el cobro por ti. Tu página de facturación sigue ahí si prefieres hacerlo tú.
• Cancelar no devuelve el mes en curso. Si un cobro falla, tu perfil se queda puesto con todo lo que escribiste y se esconden tus formas de contacto hasta que el pago entre; en cuanto entra, vuelven solas. Si pides la baja, tu página sale de internet. En los dos casos no se borra nada: tu dirección web y todo lo que escribiste se conservan, así que si vuelves, vuelves al mismo sitio.
• Puedes pausar en vez de darte de baja. Pausar detiene el cobro y deja tu página en internet con tus fotos, tus precios y tu dirección — lo único que se esconde es cómo contactarte, así que nadie te escribe hasta que vuelvas. La vuelves a poner desde tu panel el día que quieras. Si pagas con tarjeta, en cuanto pausas le pedimos a Stripe que pare el cobro, y el mes que ya pagaste se te queda.
• Si te invitaron, tu primer mes es gratis. Algunos negocios entran con 30 días de cortesía. Empiezan el día que publicas tu página, no el día que te das de alta, y durante ese mes no se te cobra nada. Cuando se acaba, tu perfil sale del directorio si no empiezas una membresía — todo lo que escribiste se conserva, y tu dirección web también.

People who recommend us · Quien nos recomienda

A small number of people have an invitation link and we pay them once, per business they bring. If you arrived through one of those links, it costs you nothing extra — the price is the same as it is for everyone else, and being recommended does not change how your profile ranks or how it is treated in any way. The person who invited you sees your business name, your city and the date. They do not see your phone number or your email.

Unas pocas personas tienen un enlace de invitación y les pagamos una sola vez por cada negocio que traen. Si llegaste por uno de esos enlaces, a ti no te cuesta nada más: el precio es el mismo que para cualquiera, y venir recomendado no cambia el orden en que sale tu perfil ni nada de cómo se trata. Quien te invitó ve el nombre de tu negocio, tu ciudad y la fecha. No ve tu teléfono ni tu correo.

Reviews · Reseñas

We still publish no rating of our own. There is no score here, no stars, and nothing anybody can buy. What a listing can show is a count of what that company’s own customers answered — three yes-or-no questions — and whatever they chose to write.

Anybody can write one, and they confirm their email first. A review arrives in one of two ways: through a one-time link the company sends after a job, or from the “Leave a review” button on the listing, where it only goes up once the writer taps the link we email them. One review per email address per company, and there are limits on how many can be sent, so nobody can flood a listing.

We do not verify that the job happened. All we know is that the company sent the link, or that the writer’s email is real. We say so on the listing itself, next to the reviews, and we would rather say it than let a reader assume something we cannot back up. It is the same reason we stopped issuing a verified badge in August 2026.

A review is never removed for being bad. Not on request, not for a fee, and not quietly. A listed company cannot delete one, cannot edit one, and cannot ask us to. And no screen on this site can do it either — not theirs and not ours. That is a rule written into the database, not just into this paragraph. What the company can do is reply underneath, in its own words, and you get to read both.

The only reviews we take down are the ones that insult somebody, publish somebody else’s private details, or are not about the work. When we do, we record who did it and why, and the review is hidden rather than destroyed. And the person who wrote a review can always ask us to delete their own — those are their words. A company asking on their behalf is a different thing and we do not act on it.

If a company stops paying, its reviews stay right where they are.The page stays up without any way to contact them, so the reviews stay visible too. They only come off the site if the company asks us to close its page, and even then nothing is deleted: the page comes back, and they come back with it, exactly as they were.

Una reseña mala no se quita nunca por ser mala. Ni el negocio ni nosotros podemos borrarla desde ninguna pantalla de este sitio, y no es una promesa de palabra: es una regla escrita en la base de datos. Lo que el negocio sí puede hacer es responder debajo, con sus palabras, y quien lee ve las dos cosas. Solo retiramos lo que insulta, lo que publica datos privados de un tercero o lo que no habla del trabajo, y queda apuntado quién lo retiró y por qué.

Puede escribir cualquiera: con el enlace de un solo uso que manda el negocio, o desde el botón de su página, confirmando antes su correo. Una reseña por correo y negocio. Y no comprobamos que quien escribe fuera cliente: lo decimos en la propia página, al lado de las reseñas. Si un negocio deja de pagar, su página se queda puesta sin forma de contactarle y sus reseñas se siguen viendo con ella; solo salen del sitio si pide que le demos de baja, y ni siquiera entonces se borra nada — vuelven enteras cuando vuelve él.

The virtual assistant · El asistente virtual

A cleaner’s page can have a virtual assistant. It is a computer program, not the cleaner, and it answers only with what that page says. A price it gives is an estimate from the cleaner’s own price list, not a quote: the price and the day are only agreed when the cleaner confirms them with you.

If you send your request through the assistant, we pass it on to the cleaner. From there the job is between you and them, as with any other way of getting in touch. What happens to what you write is on our privacy page. And if you are the cleaner: the assistant answers with what you put on your page, so keeping your prices and your hours up to date is what makes it answer well.

La página de una limpiadora puede tener un asistente virtual. Es un programa, no la limpiadora, y solo contesta con lo que dice su página. Un precio que dé es un cálculo con su propia lista de precios, no un presupuesto: el precio y el día solo quedan acordados cuando ella te los confirma.

Si le mandas tu solicitud desde el asistente, se la hacemos llegar, y a partir de ahí el trabajo es entre tú y ella, como con cualquier otra forma de contactarla. Lo que pasa con lo que escribes está en la página de privacidad. Y si la limpiadora eres tú: el asistente contesta con lo que tú pusiste en tu página, así que tener al día tus precios y tu horario es lo que hace que conteste bien.
