About us

Six years, four counties, one family

We are a family business, and it shows in the small things. We treat your house the way we would want somebody to treat ours.

Six years around Dallas. Homes, apartments and Airbnbs, and offices and stores as well. Regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and clean-up after building or remodeling work.

Oak tassels in April, black mud in May

Every April the oaks drop their tassels, and about a week later they are inside your house.

Read more3 more

They pile up on the porch and the driveway like somebody emptied a sack out there, and then they ride in on shoes and on the dog. By the time you notice, they have crumbled into the entry tile, into the track of the sliding door, into the seam where the baseboard meets the carpet. That is the same stretch that leaves the yellow-green film on everything. You wipe a windowsill on Saturday and by Wednesday it is back.

Then May arrives, which is the wettest month we get here, and the ground turns into that black North Texas clay that will not brush off. It sticks. It comes in heavy, and it dries gray in the grout and along the bottom of the doors. That is a different job than dust, and it takes a different pass.

August is the opposite problem. When it sits over a hundred outside for a week straight, nothing gets opened, the AC runs from morning to night, and the same dust just goes around and around until it lands on the top edge of the fan blades, on the return vent, on the top of the door frames where nobody looks unless they are on a stepladder. Ragweed picks up in late August and runs into November, and by January it is the cedar coming in on coats.

So a house here is never dirty for the same reason twice, and that is the part that wears people down. You did not stop cleaning. Dallas just keeps sending something different through the door every couple of months.

New builds in Forney, remodels in Garland

The job most people do not think to ask us for is the one after the work is finished. A new build out toward Forney or Sunnyvale, or one bathroom torn out and put back in a Garland house from the seventies. Either way, what is left behind is not dirt. It is drywall dust, and it does not behave like anything else.

It is fine enough to hang in the air for hours, so it settles again on what you already wiped. It travels up as much as down: the tops of door frames, the light bulbs, the track of the new windows, the little gap under a new cabinet door. It hazes the new glass, so the whole place reads gray even with the sun coming straight in. And it will clog a household vacuum in one afternoon.

That is why it goes from the ceiling down and why it takes more than one pass, because the second pass collects what the first one put back into the air. Most people find that out the hard way, doing it themselves twice before they call somebody.

The rest of what we take surprises people the same way: offices, professional offices, stores, and turnovers for short-term rentals. Different rooms and a different pace, but the same six years of doing it.

Done by four, before you get home

We start at 8:30 and we are out by 4, Monday through Saturday.

That shape fits some people exactly. If you leave at seven and get back at six, the house is done and we are gone and you never sat around waiting on anybody. If you work from home, we can be finished before your afternoon fills up. And Saturday is there for the people who would rather be home the first time, walk it with us, and point at the things that matter to them.

It also fits a rental turnover, where the guest checks out at eleven and the next one pulls in at four. That gap sits inside our day with room on both sides of it.

What we will not do is show up at two and still be there at seven. Rockwall, Terrell and Forney are real time behind the wheel for us, up to an hour each way, so those get their own slot in the day instead of being squeezed in between two other houses.

A hundred and ten dollars, once a month

Our prices start at $110 a visit, and the people who could use it most are usually the ones who decide ahead of time that it is not for them.

There is an idea floating around that this is for the big house on the water in Rockwall. Meanwhile the person who needs it is in a three-bedroom in Mesquite with kids and a job, and she has been meaning to call for about two years.

Once a month is enough to change how a house feels, and the reason is specific. Dishes and laundry are not what gets away from you. It is the layer underneath: baseboards, fan blades, the shower door, the window tracks, behind the toilet, the top of the refrigerator. That layer never gets done on a Sunday, because Sunday goes to the kitchen and the laundry. One visit clears the whole layer at once, and then the tidying you do yourself holds for weeks instead of losing ground the entire month.

Book one cleaning and leave it there if you want, or weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Pay whichever way is easiest for you: cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay or a card. And if something is not right when you walk through it, it gets redone and you are not charged again for it.
