No insurance. No license. No years in business. Not one document — we cannot check that a paper is real, and a badge we cannot stand behind would be a lie printed on your page. If you tell us the exact name your business is registered under in your state, your profile shows a link to the public register so the customer can check it themselves. It is optional, and it convinces more than a badge from us would.

What everybody asks before they sit down to fill it in
How long does all this take?
Count on half an hour, once. And do it sitting down, unhurried: filling it in between one house and the next is how you end up publishing a price that is not yours, or leaving blank the one thing they were going to ask about. This is not a form to get through — it is your business written where people look for it.
Do I need to know English?
No. You write in Spanish, or you dictate it out loud with the microphone on your phone. Your page comes out in English because that is how people search, and that part is on us. You never have to write a single word of English.
Why do I have to answer so many things?
Google does not find you by your name: it finds you by what your page says. Every field you fill in — your city, your areas, what you clean, your hours — is another search you can show up in. That is why the form is long. It is not paperwork: it is every way somebody has of reaching you.
What happens if I leave things blank?
That question goes unanswered, and that is where it ends. Nobody is going to ring you up to ask what is missing: what you charge, whether you work Saturdays, whether you go into homes with a dog, whether you take Zelle. What is not written on your page does not exist for the person reading it, and you never find out what you missed.
How long before I see results?
Not in two or three days, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling you smoke. Google takes time to trust a new page, and it trusts the one that gives it more to work with first. That is the difference between the people who stay and the people who leave after two weeks saying none of it worked. What you fill in today works for you every single day, even when you cannot see it.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you customers. Not calls, not a number, not by next week. Nobody can promise you that, and anyone who does is selling you smoke.
