What regular cleaning service looks like in Yorkville

Yorkville sits on the Fox River at the far west edge of the Chicago suburbs, where farm fields turn into new subdivisions. The subdivisions on the edge of town are newer houses on wide lots, with attached garages and basements. Closer to downtown the houses are older and smaller. From the first plow run to the thaw, road salt and field dirt come in together at the back door. Spring means mud at the door from yards on newer lots that have not filled in yet, and basements that hold damp air.

Cleaning here starts at the door and works down. Entryways and mudrooms take the salt and the field dirt, and basements need attention that a condo never does. A subdivision house can carry more floor space and more bathrooms than the room count suggests, so a whole-house clean runs longer than it sounds.
