Warehouse Cleaning

• Open floor scrubbed by machine, aisle by aisle
• Aisles and the base of the racking, at floor level
• Loading bays, dock doors and the apron just outside them
• Break room, restrooms and the office block at the front
• Dust taken off ledges and beams within safe reach
• Floor markings worked around, so the safety lines stay readable

• Moving stock or pallets so the floor underneath can be reached.
• Top-of-racking and roof steel work, unless a lift and a trained operator are in the quote.
• Oil and chemical spills, which need specialist handling and disposal.

• Square footage, and how much of the floor is actually clear
• Whether high-level racking work is in, because that needs a lift
• Working around live forklift traffic instead of a quiet shift
• How long the floor has gone without a machine pass

The square footage sets it, and a machine covers open floor far faster than blocked aisles. A concrete floor that has never been scrubbed needs several passes before it comes back, so the first clean runs long.

Book this for a warehouse or a distribution unit. Ask how the cleaner handles the floor — a ride-on scrubber and a mop are very different jobs on that surface.

• Do you bring your own scrubber, or do you use ours?
• Can you work while we are running, or does it need a weekend?
• Is the top of the racking included, and do you bring the lift?
