• Reception and the waiting area where clients sit before an appointment
• The conference table and the glass, ready for the next meeting
• Desks dusted around the files, with nothing moved or straightened
• Fingerprints taken off the entrance glass and the interior office windows
• The kitchenette and restroom inside the suite, if it has them
• Bins emptied under the desks and in the conference room

• Anything to do with documents. Paper is not moved, sorted, stacked or filed, and the shred bin is left for the firm to handle.
• The building's lobby, elevators and hallways. In a leased suite those are normally covered by the landlord's own contractor, not by yours.
• The server closet and the equipment in it. That door normally stays locked and off the route.

• How many private offices there are, instead of one open floor
• Glass. Glass walls, glass doors and a glass conference room are all hand work
• A certificate of insurance naming the firm, and whatever paperwork the building wants on file for after-hours access
• How many clients come through the waiting area in a day. It shows on the floor and on the glass

A suite of a few offices is a short visit, and it normally runs once the last client has gone. Which doors stay closed decides a lot of it: a locked office is skipped, not cleaned around.

Book this when the space holds client files or patient records. Keys, hours and insurance are agreed up front, the same as any commercial contract.

• What do you do with the papers on a desk? They have to be left exactly as they are.
